We guarantee everything we make, repair, or sell for six months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted in writing to you. We guarantee stones will not fall out or become loose and the parts that we made or repaired will not break in the areas in which we worked, except as noted in writing. Our guarantee does not cover customer abuse, or damage by neglect or accident.

We will refund any item that was sold by us from our regular stock within 30 days of delivery, as long as it was not altered from its original showcase condition. No refund is issued without the sales receipt. Ring sizing is excluded as a condition.

We will exchange any item out of regular stock within 60 days as long as it was not altered from its original showcase condition. No exchanges will be made without the sales receipt.

A special order item normally cannot be refunded. If the vendor from whom we bought the item will accept the item on return, then we can issue a refund to you for the item within 30 days of delivery from our store.

If you have a repair, we will treat your jewelry as if it were our own. If you want a custom-made piece we will do the best possible job for you.
